  1.  Welcome to DustV2.34 !

  3.  What's very new:
  4.   1. local metamorphosis which produces very good results, see the tutorial
  5.   2. The object-format of the German programm "MaxonCinema4D" is
  6.      supported now
  7.   3. Dust 2.3 has an unique smooth-function which increases object-quality
  8.   4. The Imagine<->Lightwave should now be faster than any other product
  9.      (features: fast merging, converting subgroups and polygons)
  10.   5. You can use Dust for you study: Interpolation of
  11.      data from usual data-files is now possible (Lots of splines
  12.      are supplied)

  14.  Quick Installation:
  15.   -Copy Dust.key and .dustrc s:
  16.   -set the help-paths:
  17.     "set(helpdir,<path>)" e.g. "set(helpdir,hd1:dust/DustHelp)"
  18.     "set(helpdir2,<path>)"
  19.     "saveconfig"
  20.  
  21.  Bug-reports etc. are welcome (EMail).

  23.  In the unregistered version some commands are disabled, get registered
  24.  and you will get another keyfile.
  25.  (Your personal data will be saved into this file, so dont spread it...)

  32.  There are some additional programs or packages which belong to the
  33.  Dust-project, e.g. makeHaze, Mesh2TDDD, DustMD, ...
  34.  That means: If you register for Dust you will become registered
  35.  for all this programs, too.

  40.  Send the fee mentioned below to the author, and try to answer the following
  41.  questions:

  43.   1. Whats your recent version of Dust ?
  44.   2. Whats your configuration (processor, OS, etc.) ?
  45.   3. Have you any suggestions to improve the program ?

  47.  You have two ways to receive Dust:

  49.   1. via EMail:
  50.       the price is $25/25DM cash
  51.   2. via normal Mail:
  52.       the price is $30/30DM cash or
  53.                    $25/25DM + 5 DM German stamps

  57.  NOTE: I prefer "Deutschmarks" - it's cheaper for you and makes me no trouble.

  60.  The standard version of Dust requires 68030+ and FPU (68881+).
  61.  (It's possible to generate special versions, of course.
  62.   Simply send me a letter describing your hardware and $5/5 DM + postage
  63.   because I have to recompile about 100 files.)
